If you are studying media informatics you should have gotten your HfK-account (for ARTIST) via email. If you have not activated your Uni-mail-account yet or confirmed your enrolment after 09-28 you have to request for account online.
If your are studying media design you will receive your Uni-account (for StudIP) by ZFN (Zentrum für Netze) on 10-09 from Claudia Kessler. You will need your ID/Passport or student ID for that. If you can't make it you can pick up your login details form campus office (HfK, room 4.14.050).
