You can help shape your studies! Some students are active during the course of study and represent us on committees. At the university we are organised as StugA (english, study program committee), at the HfK we are organised as FSR (english, Study Council). There, students exchange ideas, talk about problems or opportunities for change, and network for committee work. Unfortunately, there is currently no active StugA at the university.
We are represented in the central committee of the degree programme, the Joint Resolving Committee (GbA) with at least four students in the StuKo (study programme commission) at the HfK and the working group media informatics at the university. All meetings are open to the public, and you are welcome to join.
FSR (HfK): fsr-dm@hfk-bremen.de
GbA: gba@digitalmedia-bremen.de
StuKo: stuko@digitalmedia-bremen.de
By the way: Beyond the course of study, we are represented by the AStA (General Student Committee) of both universities. They perform important work in the political representation of students' interests and organise various advisory and support services for us, university groups and various services.
