Calls for password followed by blank screen #422

Hi,

I haven't logged into my dmi-tcat (18.222.146.36/analysis) hosted on EC2 for a few weeks and am trying to get logged in to do analysis and after asking for my password it just brings up a blank screen for both capture and analysis. In previous github issues author-replies have mentioned some server diagnostic tips that were previously in the wiki but they don't seem to be there anymore - or if so I can't find them. Is there anywhere anyone can point me as to how I might begin to diagnose this issue - I have some data in here I'm very excited about and would be sad to lose.

Hi,

Have you checked /var/logs/apache2/error.log when logging in?
