Trilio - License install through yaml manifest and updated Management console screens in TVK 2.7.0 #138

PR consists of changes related to:

  1. DOKS customers were facing an issue while installing the TVK license. TrilioVault now ships, tvk_install_license.yaml YAML manifest which can be run to install license directly on the tvk namespace
  2. New updated TVK version 2.7.0 installation steps
  3. All new Management console screenshots
