Layout and resources location refactoring for each section #16

Overview

  1. Moved resources in a separate location for each section of the tutorial
  2. Added TOC for each section where applicable
  3. Refactored the layout for some sections to make more logical sense (like adding the missing Overview section for example)
  4. Fixed grammar mistakes and voice/tone/language (like switching from we to you)
  5. Fixed links and added cross-links between sections of the tutorial where applicable
  6. Tried to make every section to follow the same structure where possible
