Refactor chapters 4, 5, 7 into a super chapter. #188

Add chapters 4, 5, 7 as sub chapters for a big Observability chapter. Add subchapter/explanations about adding kubernetes events into Loki using this fork: https://github.com/resmoio/kubernetes-event-exporter POC related to evens done, documentation needs to be written.
