Prometheus/Loki storage setup and retention, some minor layout additions #22

Overview

  1. Added storage setup and retention options for Loki
  2. Added storage setup and options for Prometheus
  3. Prometheus stack values file is now part of the Git repository and it contains the required examples to make the Ambassador monitoring and Persistent Storage configuration a breeze
  4. Loki stack values file is now part of the Git repository and it contains the required examples to make the Storage and Retention configuration a breeze
  5. Minor layout additions, like adding some kind of a continuation sentence between sections of the tutorial
