Added Sealed Secrets tutorial and examples
Updated and aligned all Flux CD examples and manifests to use Sealed Secrets.
Fixed mistakes, typos, etc.
Validated all the steps from the final automation chapter.
Cleaned and formatted each tutorial Helm values file, so that everything stays in sync with the final automation changes as well.
