Clusterlint errors edits #117

The content in checks.md is duplicated in the Clusterlint Errors Fixes section in PDOCS. We recently wrote a script that can single source the PDOCS content with the checks.md content and thus the PDOCS section stays in sync with the GitHub file. This PR does an editorial pass on the checks.md contents before I run the script to generate content for the PDOCS section.
