Enhancements and fixes for the DOKS egress gw main tutorial #55

Fixes and enhancements for #21.

Notable changes in this PR:

  1. Renamed the blueprint to DOKS-Egress-Gateway.
  2. Updated all diagrams accordingly, based on the new name.
  3. Enhanced the main sections of the guide and inserted additional explanations where needed.
  4. Fixed resources links for the curl and kubectl commands used in the guide.
