Remove tutorial section containing guide on changing ALL agress traffic #73

This should not be done. It's a hacky and awful solution and we should not be promoting it for production use cases in ANY WAY EVER.

The changes in this Pull request seek to acheive the following:

Reduce the support requests coming in with 'node not ready' issues, after the customer has configured all outgoing traffic to go through a gateway
Provide clarity that the static route operator is NOT MEANT TO BE USED FOR THIS PURPOSE
