[Closes #665] Updating K8s Registry Location #666

Sig-infra built a new registry which they urged people to move to.

This PR just updates some outdated references to the old registry

Please ignore my git blunder where I made 2 commits, there is no .gitignore file on the repo so my .idea files got added
