Fedora directory structure modified, "swap.sh" script w/ new automatic mode, YAML files for LAMP added. #38

Please consider the changes for scripts directory structure, based on:

Each directory must contain a README.md file describing the scripts contained within it, including the target platform..

...each new script or YAML file will include supported versions of Fedora, in addition the swap file creator script, now have two different modes, by default runs using RHEL recommendations for swap size, new update will include performance settings.

LAMP stack YAML files were added.
