Cannot ssh into droplet until it's rebooted from the console #121

After droplet creation, the sshd service is started, but an external ssh client will not connect. The web console can connect without a problem and after a reboot, external ssh connections can be established.

I don't know how I submitted this issue without noticing that it isn't for the specific 1-click droplet that I was having a problem with.
