Notable changes in this PR:

• Controller image is hosted on DigitalOcean organization Docker hub now.
• Changed the operator name to k8s-staticroute-operator, to reflect the repo name (also for naming convention consistency).
• Updated project references to k8s-staticroute-operator.
• Improved docker build process (.dockerignore).
• Makefile improvements (new targets - deploy, uninstall, docker-push, help page).
• Documentation improvements and updates.
