The original TODO:

The second example (below starting on line 143) of the tfvars file is a bit more complete but uses doctl. I wonder if we need to split it up and add a pre-step with a script that handles the key, fingerprint, etc steps

Standardized tfvars samples and mentioning doctl in the comments in both tfvars files chapter 4 and also did it for chapter 5
