Edit chapter 5 #37

Edit of chapter 5 is here! There are a number of TODOs I left inline for content that yinz will need to write / expand on, but I tried to do as much of the heavy lifting as I could.

I recommend not merging until the TODOs are addressed.

@hazel-nut all TODOs are addressed except for the Spaces implementation. We'll tackle that as a bigger concept in #39. I did a bit of a re-org in the last commit 3efe4f67491249fbd3e99b0b30eb23f98fa9b86b -- could you weigh in on that before we merge?
