fix broken build see issue #53 #55

It was not building properly in exactly the way described in issue #53. I removed some go install related setup that seem to be from before go.mod was mature. It seems to be building perfectly now.

It would be very useful to everyone, can't build the library too, but with your fix everything is fine. @miroswan could you have a look please ?
