Build on Ubuntu 22.04 #85

autolib/docker.sh: Add autolib_new_ubuntu_22_04_template function to generate Dockerfile for Ubuntu 22.04.
promhttp/include/promhttp.h and promhttp/src/promhttp.c: Definitions changed in libmicrohttpd so change it to match.
autolib/build.sh: Remove -v from the call to CMAKE so it is compatible with the version shipped in Ubuntu 22.04.
.github/workflows/ci.yaml: Add workflow for Ubuntu 22.04.

Is this project/repository being actively maintained?

Any chance of making this available in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and/or Ubuntu 24.04 LTS?
