titipaka-xml submodule #8

Make resources/tipitaka-xml/ dir a git repo submodule.

Pros:

To up the tipitaka-xml version just go to resources/tipitaka-xml/, do git pull and optionally checkout the ref, than step back to dpd-db root, make git add resources/tipitaka-xml/ and commit.

I only now noticed this, I've set notifications to direct @ -mentions.

I suggested the same to Ven. Bodhirasa so naturally I agree that tipitaka-xml should be a submodule. @bergentroll if you have write permission I have no objections to merging this.

Is Ven. @Devamitta aware of how to update his local repo afterwards?

Ajhan @gambhiro , do you mean can I Merge this request and pull from GitHub afterwards? I have pulled and undo changes from that folder in vscode and it seems everything is up to date.
