P1 clear heading for each word #23

user feedback: I find sometimes that the entries all blend together because there is no clear "header" for each individual use of a word. Could be an icon, a bigger font, and/or a different color.

my suggestion is a background colour for the line that the word heading is on, same blue as the links. for example.
