P1 Add new fields to DPD #29

The following three new fields are ready to be added to DPD

column name in 'Pāli English Dictionary-full.csv

  1. Sanskrit Root Meaning. Comes on the same line as Sanskrit Root. syntax: Sanskrit Root Sk Root Cl (Sk Root Mn)

  1. Phonetic Changes. Comes on a new line after Construction. syntax: Phonetic Change(s) Phonetic Changes

  1. Link. A clickable hyperlink to Wikipedia articles. Comes on a new line after Notes. syntax: LInk Link
