REPO HAS BEEN ABANDONED - PLEASE ARCHIVE TO SIGNAL NO INTENTION TO MAINTAIN #20

There are a number of pending PRs and it doesn't look like anything's been edited/merged for 2 years. Has this repo been abandoned? If so, please make that clear so folks don't waste their time trying to submit improvements that will never be accepted.
