Set up auth for Decap CMS #1

According to the Decap docs for GitHub, we need to set up an authentication provider in order to log in using GitHub.

If @attacus can set this up, it should then be trivial to make a couple of edits to static/admin/config.yml, and then log into the website's CMS.

I have just updated static/admin/config.yml, (4bb53d1e31d7e684a5d23d3a3bda475c67c1c6c5) such that it should (🤞🏻) just work once the GitHub auth backend is configured with Netlify.
