Update Eclipse sensor to work with Galileo release #17

The Eclipse sensor build process must be updated to work with the Galileo
release.  

Ideally, this is a good time to move to the use of Ant4Eclipse, although
there may be other ways to do it.

I forgot to make a note that Ant4Eclipse will not be used.  Eclipse 3.5 has 
something
called P2 Publisher and this allows for building the Eclipse Sensor headlessly.
