We are excited to announce the launch of π Integrations π, designed to enhance team collaboration when working with connected apps and databases.
The use of productivity tools, associated software, and applications has been steadily increasing, with new solutions being introduced regularly by organisations of all sizes. However, switching between these data silos and managing the movement of crucial business data can be challenging, often requiring technical expertise and incurring high costs.
To bridge this gap and enable seamless connectivity between your workplace applications, NocoDB is introducing Integrations!
We are beginning by simplifying the way you connect and manage external data sources. With Database Integrations, you can now establish connections to PostgreSQL or MySQL databases at the Workspace level, allowing collaborators to easily refer to stored configurations. Database Integrations are just the beginning β expect support for more integration categories in the near future.
Do you have a specific integration on your wish list for NocoDB? Let us know!
This release also brings in some enhancements to existing features -
πΌοΈ Auto-Generated Thumbnails: Images uploaded now have automatically generated thumbnails, significantly improving app performance, especially when dealing with numerous images.
π€ URL Upload Support: The Attachments field type now supports uploads via URL, eliminating the need to download files locally before attaching them.
π In-Browser File Handling: Major file types can now be handled directly within the browser, allowing for quick file scanning.
π Formula Formatting Improvements: Enhancements to formula formatting have been made for a more streamlined experience.
[π Type: Bug] π Bug: 0.251.3 fails to start on armv7 architecture #9147
[π Type: Bug] π Bug: ID does not work in concatenation formulae #9146
[π¦ Type: Feature] π¦ Feature: Is there a way to display the linked record name in the original table? #9145
[π Type: Bug] π Bug: Links, limit by view not shown in OSS #9120
