Power Button not working before first Program button press #50

When the program button has not been pressed since boot, the power button does not work

[ ] Power button is usable right after boot with no extra steps

This issue seems fixed in latest version of Apollo Firmware when testing on FakeApollo(prototype lamp with added buttons). But Apollo0019 seemed to still not work with current fix. Needs further work
