Make it possible to use either Video input or Phone Camera as an Fx source.

Use case 1 Use a Voyager inside the car to augment the lighting solution by filling in the shadows. Use a phone taped to a window or car roof to adjust the brightness of the lamps based if the car is in the shadow or in the full light.

Use case 2 Computer gamer will mount a phone in front of the screen to get similar hue as on-screen on behind the screen ambient lighting

Current workaround on desktop Camera to Spout or Syphon.

This should be selectable from effect list. NatCam is currently the candidate to use. Other option would be to try Unity's own camera solution.
