Stream problems

Describe the bug

• Stream does not have a thumbnail
• Stream menu does not open when Syphon/Spout is (Spout/Syphon Source, Delay ms)
• Stream does on appear in UI in the FX area when Syphon/Spout is set(appears on physical lamps though)
• Stream appears only on the parts of UI lamps that are mapped out from the FX area (while moving) #516
• Stream appears on UI lamps only when going back to Workspace

Setup that was used

• Lamps: 7x4ft Voyager, 3x2ft Voyager
• OS: OSX, Windows
• Router: Voyager AP
• External controller: MadMapper
• Versions: Lamp firmware=1.772/1.802, UI=2.6.11

Expected behavior

• [x] - Stream should have its thumbnail - as before
• [x] - Stream menu should open when Syphon/Spout is set - as before
• [x] - Stream should appear in UI when Syphon/Spout is set - as before
• [x] - Stream should not appear on the parts of UI lamps that are mapped out from the FX - as before

This issue seems fixed with pre-release v2.6.30/1.809 (1.810)
