sACN is choppy on lamp #54

When sending an animation through sACN, lamp is not displaying it smoothly.

To fix this:

[x] Measure the sACN receival frequency of the lamp
[x] Measure the DMX message processing latency
[x] Optimize sACN receiver in a way that receiving would be more uniform and independent of DMX message processing
[x] Provide possible guides on how to use sACN to ensure best performance
[x] Create update bundle for lamp
[x] Release BETA version for testing

Receival frequency testing results. (N = 1000) It seems like the current receival is fluctuating quite a bit. Will proceed to test how is it affected by color calibration and mapping.

Receival frequency testing results with message processing removed (N = 1000). Processing seems to have no effect on the frequency.
