OSX: STREAM does not appear on physical lamps

Describe the bug OSX: SYPHON STREAM does not appear on physical lamp. Even after a long time waiting. Only Color Wheel changes appear, but "White" preset stays on physical lamps

Setup that was used

• Lamps 5x4ft Voyager, 2x2ft Voyager
• OS: OSX
• Router: Voyager AP
• External controller: Mad Mapper dome
• Versions: Lamp firmware=1.810, UI=2.6.30

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add lamp
2. Set Syphon Stream on lamp
3. Now, default color stays on lamps - Stream does not appear on physical lamps
4. Only ColorWheel changes appear on lamps

Expected behavior Syphon Stream should appear on physical lamps if set

Additional context Connected to issue #551 OSX: FX does not appear on physical lamp

This issue was caused by Default Color EFFECT accidentally set to 0%.
