Floater menu is intended to show user currently active effects.
This simplifies selection of effect for modification and its much easier to add lamps to a specific effect.
This also clears up Workspace submenu.
By default, there is only 1 effect: WHITE which cannot be removed.
All added lamps are automatically added to selected effect.
Since #687 workspace is removed. This menu resides only in EFFECT screen.
[ ] Floater menu resides in left side of the screen.
[ ] Floater menu is always open
[ ] Contains List of current active effects added to the project.
[ ] Clicking on an effect, opens effect mapping for given effect.
[ ] To add Lamp to Effect, user must drag selection to desired effect in the floater.
[ ] When dragging lamp to new effect, Lamp is removed from previous effect and added to a new one.
[ ] Lamp can be removed from the effect by dragging it to a recycling bin icon located where previously on WORKSPACE (Left bottom of the screen, next to effect floater)
[ ] At the top of the menu, there exists a (+) Add button that opens "add effect" menu that adds a new effect to the workspace. #694
[ ] On swiping to the left the effect is deleted from this floater.
[ ] Each effect has a progress bar showing video upload progress #689
