The command line option --sleep-multiplier is not being applied. #54

In recent releases --sleep-multiplier stopped working. I don't think anyone has noticed as the command line parameters are seldom used.

The workaround for is to set each VUD's sleep multiplier in the GUI's Settings-Dialog.
