Accounts should be deletable #94

This should be able to do in the security settings.

Currently, I think the confirmation will have to rely on the user typing in their email address to confirm deletion.

In the future, we should require verification from the email. Although, if you are able to change the email with verification then I guess it wouldn't matter if you verify from your email. What do you think @kelszo @Zigolox?
