Groups (and media groups?) seems to work with a fully private Drupal file system. We need to test.

Update: I tested Group with Solr based view and Fedora. Sorry, I stand corrected: the Group and Group media modules work with Solr based view and Fedora (only tested for Admin account and Anonymous user)
