Spreadsheet viewer/browser in Islandora Lite #48

Given a .csv (and ideally other spreadsheet type formats) a viewer renders and makes manageable an attached file at the node level. Options for configuration could be site-wide and/or per node. Assess options and consider extension or new work.

New integration with the datatables js library, but that this is an extension of csv file formatter module.

Added basic integration with DataTables, so now there is pagination and search.

Will work on adding options such as a toggle for DataTables.

Excellent work!

Looking for an option for a default number of rows to show by default. Commit to the original commit. Tweaking pagination. https://datatables.net/reference/option/pageLength

This has been accepted as a pull into csv formatter module in the dev branch. . There may be interface suggestions they have made. This should now go to review column.
