Provide ARK id from share link (in social media panel above objects) #60

Better Social Sharing buttons provides links above pages like https://doris2.digital.utsc.utoronto.ca/node/1151 but these use the Node ID. We would like these buttons to use the "Permalink" when it is available.

If permalink exists, we need to make sure we're sharing the permalink. Javascript -
