Update search_api_solr to 4.2.8+ #61

Currently, we are using 4.2.7. The 4.2.8 release removes the defaults config module. This breaks the isle-dc build in the following ways:

breaks the solr installation process (as the solr config is no longer available as well!)
default solr config server config needs to be moved from optional to install here https://github.com/digitalutsc/islandora_lite_solr_search/blob/main/config/optional/search_api.server.default_solr_server.yml

The main issue is the breaking of the solr installation. Probably an upstream issue as well.

We upgraded Solr and Drupal modules successfully to version 4.3.0
