Work to fix this is in the latest commit.
When it's the list of CSL styles those are in the language they are in (it's going to use the translated node). Need CSL locale files to implement: https://docs.citationstyles.org/en/stable/translating-locale-files.html
To clarify: CSL locale files localize the citations, not the names of the CSL styles. So, for example, they localize month names, verbs, punctuation, etc. I don't know if the names of CSL styles (e.g. APA, Chicago) have translations?
Also, storing CSL locale files is not handled by Bibcite. Instead, this is handled by the citeproc library it uses, so locales would need to be added to the library in vendor
