Unable to save a islandora_object node with "Could not parse the date '1700/1999'." #76

To reproduce:

Create a new node, or edit a node
Enter a EDTF date in Date Created: 1700/1999
Click Save

Only happened in Islandora Lite stack, doesn't take place in Islandora stack (tested in the sandbox and isle-dc)

Created a fix but may not needed because it doesn't exist in Islandora stack: https://github.com/kylehuynh205/controlled_access_terms/commit/0dc067a075fb74e0a6319a021c76e7cb41b6f0c8

TODO: Need to find why it doesn't take place in Islandora stack but only happen in Islandora Lite stack

Solution: Enable EDTF date intervals by default
