better target image position to position the buttons #142

What does this Pull Request do?

This PR addresses the issue encountered by Kim while she was testing. The annotations related buttons are not be positioned properly in basic and large images.

How should this be tested?

Get the PR
Enable print option admin/islandora/configure -> Show print option on objects
Verify that basic image buttons are properly positioned (* Verify that basic image buttons in a compound object are properly positioned!)
Go to large image in FF
Verify that buttons are positioned correctly
