cannot create annotations with oral histories content model #144

Description Oral Histories content model objects will not allow annotations to get created

Steps to reproduce Go into an oral history, play the video and create an annotation, try to save. Save button did not work.

Notes This happens only in Chrome. This was not happening with Video Content Model objects.

i am no longer experiencing this issue, not sure why.

I restarted my computer and VM and am now experiencing the issue again

@Natkeeran was https://github.com/digitalutsc/islandora_web_annotations/issues/149 only for oral histories? I tested the new version of web annotations with the merged PR, but I am still unable to add annotations for oral histories
