set pid after anno is created #156

What does this Pull Request do?

Ensure that the PID of the newly created annotation is updated in the UI so that it can be updated sub sequentially.

How should this be tested?

Get PR
Create a video annotation
After receiving the confirmation, edit to update it
Verify update is successful
Load an object with several annotations
Create an annotation
After receiving the confirmation, edit to update it
