Works fine only on some WIFI

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make call to anyone
2. using certain WIFI
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
LAtest version on cydia. Using Iphone on 3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
What interesting is I can't use at home on my WIFI or My work. 
I can use it perfectly fine at a friends house. No problems whatsoever

Have you had a look at issue 382.

We had same issue and that fixed it!
What we also found was that if you would wait about 5 mins (provided you do not 
let the iphone sleep) it would 
connect.
