Logo for OpenAuto and LibreCoop #24

we need a logo for both our product and organization. how can we accomplish that ?

My idea of LibreCoop logo is as follows.

a flat design
four or five hands are raised and holding.
colour of hands are blue, black, lgbt, hand with rings, etc.
slogan could be

Diversity ; Cooperation.
