Payment page layout parameters #7

I will be creating a pull request to add the following parameters: TITLE, BGCOLOR , TXTCOLOR , TBLBGCOLOR, TBLTXTCOLOR, BUTTONBGCOLOR, BUTTONTXTCOLOR, FONTTYPE

Do you think we should create a new class that contains them? If yes what name do you suggest and under which package?
