Application failed to Initialise #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.clciking the program icon
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting the program to run- "application failed to initialise properly 
(0xc0000135)click 
on ok to terminate application

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP 
version 3.12

Pls test with the latest trunk version (http://elbandi.net/transmission-remote-
dotnet/) and make a JIT Debugging report, like here:

I think I've seen this error when there's no .NET framework installed. I would 
guess
this is the issue.

Please check you have a .NET framework installed, preferably 3.5 and let us 
know if
this fixes it.

I think, .Net 2.0 is enough to tun.
