Immediate crash: Version 3.13-beta2 #213

Transmission-remote crashes immediately whenever I run it. The only thing I
see a Windows error box (which is the JPEG attached). I've looked in
transmission-remote's files and the EventLog, and I can't seem to find any
more information about what exactly is going wrong. I uninstalled my
previous version before installing the new one, and I even tried rebooting
after the installation with no luck.

Version 3.12 works like a charm - 3.13-beta2 is the first release I've had
a problem with. I did not try the original 3.13-beta, however.

I'm running Windows XP x64 Edition SP2, and I bet that's the problem. The
installer puts the program in the "Program Files" folder and not the
"Program Files (x86)" folder (Version 3.12 puts itself in the "(x86)"
folder). So I'm guessing this version runs as native x64, and I'm probably
one of the first to try and run it on XP rather than Vista or Seven.

(http://elbandi.net/transmission-remote-dotnet/). and attach the report files

Sorry I took so long to get back to you...

r538 runs great - whatever it was, you fixed it. I'm using r542 now: also works
like
a charm.

I assume (since it works) that you tracked down the issue - if for some reason
you'd
still like me to do that trace, let me know and I'd be more than happy to.

Thanks for your work on this fantastic and ever-so-useful program!
