Transmission remote crashes (3.13 b3667)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Problem occurs when add this torrent file: http://clck.ru/01u7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of adding, program crashes with an error message containing the 
following debug information.

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: InvalidArgument=Значение "3"

Hmm, i cannot download this torrent, becase i have to register, but i dont 
speak 
that language.

Is the fourth column filled right? (High/Normal/Low)

I'm sorry, I've attached this torrent now. I'm pretty sure, i left the default 
value
in the fourth column.
