not dragged the border between the main window and the information window #220

in the previous version I could do.

when I want to select some of the high number of large files in a torrent - 
it is not very convenient
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the products are you using?
OS:
Transmission: 1.73 
Remote: 3.20 (rev 0)

Because the details panel is fixed size, no reason to make this draggable. If 
you 
need more space, you can hide the details page from menu.

I need more spase in details page. In previous version its draged.

I need like this (in atached)(in v3.12)
